If you're looking to track several thousands emails you send out for a marketing campaign, the cloud emailing service Mailjet might well offer what you need. The company, founded in 2010 by Julien Tartarin and Wilfried, has released a mobile app that provides in-depth analytics of your email campaigns. To set up a Mailjet account, you simply need to register, change one SMTP parameter on your company or blog website and you're good to go. You can start with a basic free (or paid ) 200 emails per day account (up to 6,000 a month). You build your marketing campaign using Mailjet's email and newsletter design tools. The company is geared toward small and large businesses who need to buy or rent SMTP email services with a cloud-based solution. Sending your emails through the service enables Mailjet to track the number of emails delivered, opened and even clicked. You also get report backs about the number of emails bounced, unsubscribed, and which ones ended up in spam filters. This real-time analytics can be tracked from a web browser, and now via Mailjet's mobile iPhone app. The site also offers various plug-ins for other services, including Drupal, Joomla, Magento, and WordPress. You can also develop your own scripts and applications, using their API. On the iPhone app, the tracking system provides you real-time campaign alerts so you can monitor your website sending flows. It provides a report back of bounces, opens, clicks, etc. The Mailjet app is a free download from the iTunes App Store, and requires iOS 4.3 or later. Source: TechCrunch |
